Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • corn flakes
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • frozen hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
  • grated sharp cheese - 2 c

How to make potluck potatoes:

Defrost potatoes; combine in a large bowl with butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup and cheese. Blend thoroughly. Put into a greased casserole dish. Cover with crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup margarine. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
