Potatoes romanoff
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- dairy sour cream - 1 c
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- green onions, sliced - 4 item
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- medium Russet potatoes - 4 item
How to make potatoes romanoff:
Cook potatoes in skins until tender. Peel and shred. Combine shredded potatoes with sour cream, onions, 3/4 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Turn mixture into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.You can make ahead and refrigerate.
