  • cornmeal - 1 item
  • Wesson oil - 1 item
  • large potatoes, sliced with peeling on - 3 item

How to make potato wedges:

Slice potatoes. Leave the peeling on. Dip potatoes in the milk and roll in the cornmeal. Fry in skillet until potatoes are golden brown.
