Potato wedges



  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 1 item
  • oil - 3 Tbsp
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • medium potatoes - 6 item
  • dash of black pepper - 1 item

How to make potato wedges:

Scrub unpeeled potatoes well. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut into even wedges. Boil for 5 minutes in salted water. Drain. Pat dry. Spread wedges in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with oil, spices and herbs. Bake at 425° for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for another 10 to 12 minutes.
