Potato tomato bake
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 5/8
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- canned French fried onions - 1/2 c
How to make potato tomato bake:
In saucepan, blend dry sauce mix from potato mix with tomato sauce; add green pepper and 2 1/4 cups water. Heat to boiling. Add potatoes; mix well. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 400° until potatoes are tender, 30 minutes. Top with onions; bake until onions are heated through, about 3 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Potato, Vegetables.
