Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 2 lb
- medium onion - 1 item
- medium size potatoes - 8 item
- grated cheese sharp or mild - 12 oz
- can cheese sauce - 1 oz
How to make potato supreme:
Peel and dice potatoes. Brown beef in skillet. Mix onion into beef and cook until done. Mix potatoes into beef and onion until potatoes are done. Pour ingredients into baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Heat in 325° oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
