Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- water - 4 c
- egg - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
- potatoes - 4 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- dried parsley - 1/2 tsp
- onion powder - 1 Tbsp
How to make potato soup:
Cook celery and onions 15 minutes. Add potatoes, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper. Cook until potatoes are soft. Mix together flour and evaporated milk. Beat in egg and add.
