Ingredients/Components
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 4 c
- cubed raw potatoes - 2 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- milk - 2 c
How to make potato soup:
In a heavy pot, saute pepper, celery and onion in margarine until onion is transparent. Add chicken broth and potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are tender. Make a thin white sauce with margarine, flour and milk; slowly add to soup. Salt and pepper to taste.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
