Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- water - 4 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 oz
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- to 7 potatoes, peeled and chopped - 6 item
How to make potato soup:
Combine potatoes, onion, celery, water, margarine, soup, salt and pepper in saucepan; mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 1 hour. Stir in evaporated milk. Heat just to serving temperature.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
