Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 4 c
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 oz
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • can evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • to 7 potatoes, peeled and chopped - 6 item

How to make potato soup:

Combine potatoes, onion, celery, water, margarine, soup, salt and pepper in saucepan; mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 1 hour. Stir in evaporated milk. Heat just to serving temperature.
