  • milk - 1 c
  • sour cream - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • water - 2 c
  • butter or margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • coarsely chopped onion - 1 c
  • dried parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
  • sliced celery - 1/2 c
  • peeled, cubed potatoes - 4 c

How to make potato soup:

Cook potatoes, celery, onion and salt in 2 cups water about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until soup is hot and thickened.
