Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- sour cream - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 2 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- coarsely chopped onion - 1 c
- dried parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- sliced celery - 1/2 c
- peeled, cubed potatoes - 4 c
How to make potato soup:
Cook potatoes, celery, onion and salt in 2 cups water about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook until soup is hot and thickened.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
