Potato soup
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- shredded cabbage - 2 c
- chopped potatoes - 2 c
- beef bouillon cubes - 3 item
- sweet milk - 4 c
- Chef Boyardee Beefogetti * - 2 cans
How to make potato soup:
Saute onions and celery in margarine. Add cabbage, basil, bouillon cubes and water. Simmer 15 minutes. Add Beefogetti and simmer 10 minutes more. Serves four to six.*This may be substituted with 1 large can tomatoes and 1 package dry onion soup mix.
