Potato soup



  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • margarine - 3 tsp
  • medium chopped onion - 1 item
  • hard-boiled eggs - 2 item
  • medium potatoes or more, chopped into bite-size pieces - 3 item
  • spices to taste salt, pepper, seasoning salt and celery seed - 1 item

How to make potato soup:

Saute onion in margarine until golden. Add flour and slowly stir in milk until creamy and thick. Continue adding milk and water alternately to sauce as it thickens. Add potatoes and spices to taste. Continue to cook, stirring so it does not stick. When potatoes are fully cooked, add 2 chopped up hard-boiled eggs. Simmer another 10 minutes. Serve with garlic bread and tossed salad.
