Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- whipping cream - 1 qt
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- diced carrots - 3/4 c
- sweet milk
- 8-10 potatoes diced
- stick of butter - 1/2 item
- can Carnation Cream - 1 item
- pinch of Parsley flakes - 1 item
- pinch Thyme - 1 item
How to make potato soup:
Boil potatoes, onions, celery, and carrots. Drain. Mix all ingredients together. Simmer on medium heat until it starts to boil. Turn heat down and simmer 2 minutes or until thick in texture. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
