Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- celery, diced - 1/2 c
- carrots, diced - 1/2 c
- parsley, chopped - 1/2 c
- onions, diced - 1/2 c
- potatoes, diced - 6 c
How to make potato soup:
Saute celery, onions and parsley in small amount of oleo. Boil ingredients until tender. Mix milk and flour; blend well. Add to sauteed mixture. Add potatoes and simmer until potatoes are tender. Cut up Velveeta and add to mixture. Can add ham.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
