Ingredients/Components
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- strips bacon, diced - 8 item
- Idaho potatoes - 4 item
- green chili peppers, cut into thin strips - 2 item
How to make potato skins:
Bake potatoes in 350° oven for 1 hour. Cut in half and scoop out, leaving shell. Fill shell with shredded cheese. Top with diced bacon and strips of chili peppers. Place under broiler for 5 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Potato.
