salt - 1/2 tsp
pepper - 1/4 tsp
chopped onion - 1/2 c
shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
bulk pork sausage - 1 lb
can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted - 1 item
sliced peeled raw potatoes - 3 c

How to make potato sausage casserole:

Brown sausage; drain and set aside. Combine soup, milk, onion and seasonings. In a greased 2-quart casserole, layer half the potatoes, half the soup mixture and half the sausage. Repeat, ending with sausage. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hou
