Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 item
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- mustard - 2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- potatoes - 5 lb
- celery seed - 1 item
- celery salt - 1 item
- Pet milk
How to make potato salad:
Peel potatoes and boil 10 minutes in a Dutch oven. Drain. Dice potatoes; add onions, celery, celery seed, celery salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.In a small bowl, mix mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Add Pet milk, stirring constantly until thick. Mix dressing with potato mixture after it has cooled.
