Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- salt - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- potatoes - 5 lb
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- large jar Cains mayonnaise - 1 item
How to make potato salad:
Leaving skin on potatoes, cook in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes or until soft. Insert knife into center of potatoes to check if done. Cool potatoes. Remove skin and cube. Hard-boil the eggs and cool them. Chop eggs and add to potatoes along with onion. Mix with mayonnaise. Start with 1/2 a jar and add more if desired.
