Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 2 Tbsp
- prepared horseradish - 1 c
- chopped fresh parsley - 1/2 c
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 33 item
- mayonnaise or salad dressing - 4 c
- green onions, thinly sliced - 18 item
- sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled - 2 lb
- 32 oz - 4 c
- baking potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed - 18 lb
How to make potato salad:
Toss potatoes, eggs, bacon and onions. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth. Toss with potato mixture. Chill for several hours. Makes 60 to 70 servings.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Potato.
