- stiffly beaten egg whites - 2 item
- mashed potatoes - 1 item
- well beaten egg yolks - 2 item
How to make potato puff:
Make fluffy mashed potatoes. Beat in well beaten egg yolks, then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Place in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until puffed and brown.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
