Potato pancakes
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- large egg - 1 item
- large raw potatoes - 4 item
- spike from health food store - 1 Tbsp
How to make potato pancakes:
Grate raw potatoes. Squeeze water out with towel. Beat egg lightly and pour over potatoes. Add flour. Sprinkle spike over potatoes. Heat vegetable oil until hot. Drop potatoes by the spoonful into fat; brown lightly on each side. Drain. Serve with applesauce. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast, Side dish.
