Ingredients/Components
- bag of Simply Shreds potatoes fresh, not frozen - 1 item
- flour - 3/4 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
How to make potato fritters:
Mix everything together until it's nice and gloppy. Heat deep fry oil to 350°. Drop the glop into the oil by tablespoons. As they fry, the globs of glop will turn into brown, crispy, delicious fritters.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Potato, Vegetables.
