Potato dumplings



  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • mashed potatoes
  • medium eggs - 2 item

How to make potato dumplings:

Mix all ingredients together. Form into firm balls. (If dumpling does not hold shape, add a little flour.) Drop into a kettle of boiling water and boil 10 to 12 minutes, depending upon the size.
