Ingredients/Components

sugar - 1 c
vanilla - 2 tsp
butter or margarine - 1 lb
flour - 3 c
crushed potato chips - 1 c

How to make potato chip cookies:

Cream butter and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients. Drop on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350°.

Optional: Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool. Cool on cookie sheet a little bit before removing to rack as it tends to crumble.
