- brown sugar - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- plain flour - 2 c
- butterscotch chips - 6 oz
- Crisco shortening - 1 c
- potato chips - 2 c
- white granulated sugar - 1 c
How to make potato chip cookies:
Cream together sugars and Crisco. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well after each addition. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° 12-15 minutes. Yield: 4-1/2 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
