Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- powdered sugar - 1 item
- crushed potato chips
How to make potato chip cookies:
Cream butter; add sugar. Add vanilla and flour. Stir potato chips in by hand. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden. When cool, sift powdered sugar on all sides of cookie. Yield: 8 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
