Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt
- flour - 1/4 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- diced onion - 1/4 c
- grated cheese
- diced potatoes - 4 c
- powdered mustard - 1/2 tsp
How to make potato cheese soup:
Combine potatoes, onion and salt; cover with water (not too much water, just until the potatoes are covered). Bring to a boil.In a saucepan melt margarine; add flour and mix well. Add pepper, powdered mustard, Worcestershire sauce and milk; stir until it melts. Pour into potatoes. Let simmer until desired thickness.
