  • milk - 2 c
  • salt
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • diced onion - 1/4 c
  • grated cheese
  • diced potatoes - 4 c
  • powdered mustard - 1/2 tsp

How to make potato cheese soup:

Combine potatoes, onion and salt; cover with water (not too much water, just until the potatoes are covered). Bring to a boil.

In a saucepan melt margarine; add flour and mix well. Add pepper, powdered mustard, Worcestershire sauce and milk; stir until it melts. Pour into potatoes. Let simmer until desired thickness.
