Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- crushed cornflakes - 1 item
- 2 c - 10 oz
- small onion - 1 item
- melted oleo - 1/2 c
- frozen hash browns, thawed - 2 lb
- can cream of Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix together and put into 3-quart flat casserole dish. Top with crushed cornflakes; sprinkle with butter (1/4 cup). Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 16.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
