Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- corn flakes - 2 c
- grated cheese - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chopped onion and green pepper to taste - 1 item
- cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed - 32 oz
How to make potato casserole:
Mix all together and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle corn flakes and grated cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
