Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- mashed potatoes - 2 c
- small chopped onion - 1 item
- dry onion rings - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix all together and pour into greased casserole dish. Top with dry onions. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
