Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- chopped onions - 1/3 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- croutons - 1/2 c
- to 8 medium potatoes - 6 item
How to make potato casserole:
Cook potatoes. Heat butter with soup and blend in sour cream. Add onion and cheese to soup mixture. Stir in drained potatoes. Pour into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle buttered croutons over top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
