Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- hash brown potatoes frozen - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Place frozen potatoes in greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish. Mix 1/2 cup margarine, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour over potatoes. Mix cornflakes and 1/4 cup margarine. Pour over top and spread over casserole. Bake at 300Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
