Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oleo
- slices bread, cubed - 4 item
- crushed cornflakes - 1 item
- parsley - 1 tsp
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb
- large onion - 1 item
- medium to large potatoes, cooked and diced - 6 item
How to make potato casserole:
Topping:1/2 c. oleo3/4 c. milk crushed cornflakes Mix well and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole. Heat oleo and milk. Pour over casserole. Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
