Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, diced - 1 c
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- cheese, grated - 1 c
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Mix all ingredients together, except for corn flakes. Place in large baking dish. Top with corn flakes and dot with butter. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
