Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 1/2
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- 1/2 pt - 1 c
- buttered corn flakes - 1 item
- frozen hash brown potatoes, crumbled - 2 lb
How to make potato casserole:
Combine all ingredients, except corn flakes. Turn into a greased casserole dish. Top with corn flakes. Bake at 350° until potatoes are done. Serves 10 to 12.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
