Potato casserole



  • pkg - 2 lb
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • chopped onion - 1/3 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese, grated

How to make potato casserole:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350° for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or thaw hash browns before mixing together. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
