Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- to 10 medium potatoes - 8 item
How to make potato casserole:
Cook peeled potatoes until tender. Drain and mix with cream cheese and onion. Stir in sour cream. Pour into greased casserole dish. Pour margarine over potato mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
