Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 16 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- melted oleo - 3/4 c
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese
How to make potato casserole:
Pour hash browns, 1/2 cup oleo, salt, pepper, onion, chicken soup, sour cream and cheese into casserole. Sprinkle on corn flakes and pour 1/4 cup oleo on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
