Potato casserole



  • sour cream - 12 oz
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • hash brown potatoes - 32 oz
  • finely chopped onion optional - 1/2 c
  • shredded Cheddar or American cheese - 2 c

How to make potato casserole:

Combine potatoes with sour cream, soup, onion, melted margarine and cheese in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste; mix well. Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan and bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
