Potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- crushed corn flakes - 1/2 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 3 item
- can cream of chicken or mushroom soup - 1/2 item
How to make potato casserole:
Boil the potatoes until tender. Cool and grate. Saute the onion and add with all other ingredients to the grated potato. Season to taste. Top with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes or until bubbly.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
