Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- melted butter
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1 c
- grated cheese - 8 oz
- croutons - 1/2 c
- large bag hash browns, thawed - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Combine all ingredients except croutons with 3/4 cup of butter. Top with croutons and other 1/2 cup of butter. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
