Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 4 item
- onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Cook potatoes with skins on. Peel and cut into medium size pieces. Brown onion and green pepper in butter. Add soup. Simmer several minutes. Stir mixture into prepared potatoes and bake at 350° until bubbly on top.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
