Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 7 item
- small onion - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix the soup, pepper and salt (to taste), milk and water. In casserole dish, spread 1 layer of potatoes. Put 1/2 of the soup mixture on top. Cut up 1/2 small onion over it. Repeat another layer. Cook in a 350° oven until golden brown or until the potatoes are tender, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
