Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- hamburger - 1 lb
- can vegetable beef soup - 1 item
- sliced onion - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- or 5 baking potatoes - 4 item
- frozen or canned corn - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Slice potatoes in a greased casserole dish. Cover with onions. Break up raw hamburger on top of potatoes and onions. Mix soups, corn and milk. Pour over mixture in pan. Bake, covered, at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
