Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 16 oz
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- pinch of onion powder - 1 item
- pinch of garlic powder - 1 item
- cornflake crumbs or bread crumbs - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except crumbs. Pour into well-greased 11 x 4 x 2-inch pan. Cover top with crumbs. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
