- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- crushed corn flakes
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- frozen hash brown potatoes - 2 lb
- grated sharp cheese - 2 c
- can cream of cheese soup - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Topping:2 c. crushed corn flakes1/4 c. melted butter Mix first 7 ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish. Pour melted butter over corn flakes and pour over top of casserole. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
