- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 (32
- jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz - 1 oz
- 1/2 sticks melted margarine - 1 item
- small carton low-fat sour cream - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Place potatoes in 9 x 14-inch baking dish. Sprinkle onion over potatoes. Melt butter, pour half over potatoes and onion. Put cheese, soup and sour cream in boiler and heat until well mixed. Pour over potato mixture and stir well. Add rest of butter to bread crumbs. Spread on top of mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
