Ingredients/Components
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- small onion - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- box large Velveeta - 1/2 item
How to make potato casserole:
Peel potatoes and slice thinly. Slice cheese and onion thinly. Place in layers in casserole dish (potatoes, cheese and onion) until completed. Pour can of soup on top. Rinse can with water and pour over casserole. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
