Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 carton
- grated Cheddar cheese
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes - 1/2 c
- cube margarine - 1 item
- frozen hash browns - 2 pkg
- small onions, diced - 2 item
How to make potato casserole:
Put potatoes in greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle onions over. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over hash browns. Melt butter, pour on top. Add salt and pepper, grated cheese and sprinkle corn flakes on top. Bake at 350° 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
