Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 3/4 c
  • salt - 2/3 tsp
  • chopped onions - 1/3 c
  • grated cheese - 16 oz
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • medium potatoes - 8 item
  • black pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • green peppers - 1/3 c
  • sliced olives - 1/2 c
  • to 7 slices raw bacon - 5 item

How to make potato casserole:

Grease a 3-quart casserole with butter. Mix all ingredients, except bacon and olives. Chop bacon; sprinkle with olives over top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
