Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 3/4 c
- salt - 2/3 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/3 c
- grated cheese - 16 oz
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- medium potatoes - 8 item
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- green peppers - 1/3 c
- sliced olives - 1/2 c
- to 7 slices raw bacon - 5 item
How to make potato casserole:
Grease a 3-quart casserole with butter. Mix all ingredients, except bacon and olives. Chop bacon; sprinkle with olives over top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
